Our goal is to provide a area that includes frequently asked questions and will easily satisfy most technical support issues relating to your website. We offer prompt free technical support via e-mail and if deemed more effective, our technicians will call you to clarify issues they feel would be better handled via telephone to save you time and typing effort (USA ONLY). Our prices won't allow a full time tech support team at this time, however once a hosting plan has been created you will receive phone numbers as well as emails on how to contact support and if your questions can't be answered we will address them generally within 24 hours of submission.
